not working

hello sorry for this question I’m sure it’s been answered many times but my ex fate bot isn’t working. It goes to fates and then just stands there not attacking anything. How do I sort this out? Possibly with a detailed guide, I usually play on PS4 and am not a computer whizz I’m afraid.
