Back in March PUBG added an anti cheat called Xenuine on top of Battle Eye. They also have a lot of sever side bans like how Fairfight bans based on statistics. The small updates aren't really an issue and 99% of them haven't had anything to do with their anti cheat.

Sessions just mean how many instances / accounts you can bot on at the same time. So if you want to farm with 3 accounts or just bot on one account at a time that would be the difference.
