This is already added to Trinity. As tjieming said, put the potion on the hotbar for it and it will work.

Don't think it will be that easy, since rifts changes. So someone who knew would probably have to make a plugin that have 100 of profiles that go to each riftzone or something. But i agree, rifts should be added to demonbuddy would make it more amazing than it already is. However trinity would...
