highest cp / iv checks cp first, then IV so if they're literally both 2500 cp, it will keep the 2 highest IV's... it needs to be coded the other way around. IV first, then CP (which makes more sense)

i hatch at 50/km. But that's also with very close pokestops... i wouldn't do that in a low populated area
