i had teamspeak and discord. uninstalled both and restarted comp. still lagging/low FPS

100 and 100 i had read on the fourms to try and set to 60-60 ive had a play around with it nothing seems to make a difference

so when demonbuddy loads it freeze frames the game allmost like really bad lag. i have read up on it a little bit? maybe my processor cant handle it? my CPU is only running at around 35-45% with demonbuddy running. also im running the VyRasha by twocigars routine and for some reason on rifts...
