[Order Bot] Quests, Quests and Quests!
I was having the exact same issue. I commented out the <!-- Aether Current #2 --> section from the [o] Heavensward.xml file and was able to proceed. **EDIT I ended up commenting out all of the aether current sections and was able to progress.- SwitcherooMage
