OK so you confirm there is an issue so can i have an eta on fix? If it's unlikely to be more than 2 hours I would like a full refund before taking it to the credit card company. Please confirm a full refund has been issued. Many tanks Dvaid -

Just bought TL and doesn't seem to work!
