No,
you need to paste the key to the Launcher, Hit Start, everything closes, then you start PUBG and then it shows the GUI and you can toggle it with F1.
Sounds like it exits itself. If Windows Error Event Viewer does not show an error, then you probably mistyped the key? If the key is invalid it closes itself.
The key is not used yet. It is used as soon as the cheat is started and the ingame UI is shown. You can lookup Event Viewer in Windows and check if it shows any Application Errors / crashes.
You are always welcome to request a refund. Please be patient as this a new product. Your key does not expire before it is used. It is only used as soon as you are able to use the cheat. No worries on this side.
The developers are working on some troubleshooting tools.
The developers team is working hard to make it as safe as possible. This tool works differently compared to any other tool in the market and as far as I can tell you, all Buddy Products in the last years were very successful in ensuring your safety.
According to the developers and testers group, yes. There is no other way to use it as UnknownBuddy exits automatically if PUBG is already started. You need to start it before you start PUBG.
Just asked one of the developers. This product is new and is missing a setup guide.
However, try this:
1) Close PUBG
2) Start UnknownBuddy
3) Enter your license.
4) Hit start
After all windows are closed, start PUBG and you see an ingame UI.

Yes we will increase the expiration date (as always when this happens).
Hey, we faced this issue a few days ago.
Google changed their login logic. The login token is Base64 and this breaks some implementations. You need to contact your bot developer to fix this issue.
