Alright I got it fixed. After several hours with my buddy Syed from the microsoft support, I am good to go. He ended up having to repair my windows 7 which wiped out all of my updates so after I got all 230 of those back I can finally use the bot again. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

When I installed 4.5.2 originally I think I had to uninstall a few of the other windows updates so I don't know if I am going to have to do something like that again for 4.6.1

I have tried all three methods on there already and nothing works. I have no idea what is wrong and it sucks.

I live in the states and it is around midnight my time so I am going to head to bed shortly. First thing when I wake up though I will do whatever you guys need of me. Thanks for the help so far.
