I did install everything the site said to install originally. I don't know where the issue came from. I wonder if its because I had just downloaded windows and was running it on my mac that night. The link to the thread that worked for me was super simple and corrected the could not load issue...

I tried what was in the other postings but didn't see any of their logs saying what mine is. I would really appreciate help in correcting this so i can start to use it. Thank you.
