    I've seen this happen very often at lvl70 with "book of cain" checked in the DB options. It identifies a single item right after it gets to town after completing a GR then goes over to identify the rest at the book.

    This was fixed in one of xzjv's commits after .31 went out. In Coroutines/Gamble.cs:190, replace: if (Trinity.Trinity.Player.ParticipatingInTieredLootRun) with if (Trinity.Trinity.Player.IsInventoryLockedForGreaterRift)

    Trinity not adhering to item list rules

    I'm seeing this issue happen occasionally as well. A few things in the log that stuck out are that it salvaged an ancient twisted sword which looked like it wasn't detected properly. The line below in red was the only sword I found that run which corresponds to the one that it should've stashed...
