BUG report: 1. KickStart & Anti-Idle still work while unchecked. 2. YAR Communication Plugin sometime went wrong which cause YAR kill a normal DB process.

Hey buddy, I want to report a bug of relogger. Kickstart still work even if the checkbox is unchecked. By the way, I‘ve translated the relogger into Chinese, comparing the source code word by word. It's really a big job! So, would you make it something like a language.ini support one?
