I need help, I have been trying to get help for two weeks.

Can not use archebuddy
When I run AB it will not access archeage, if I am running AB I can not use archeage it keeps returning me to PLAY on archeage. I submitted my log and problem and was told to go to the forum. I have yet to get this working after a week or more of sending messages.
