I am running it in windowed mode have lowered graphics as much as i can and the resolution and i am not minimizing it

Hi! I have a problem that causes my diablo to freeze when using demonbuddy. As long as I diablo in the foreground it works perfect but as soon as i open anything else above like chrome or another game for instance it freezes on the spot untill i put it in the foreground again
