Confirmed. I have seen bot stuck at Grift LVL 5 looking for guardian... Also, from what I have seen the next lvl entrance may not be the key to issue. manually looking for boss resulted in finding it at halfway grift lvl 2. The problem is it sometimes respawns way back in rift.
