nope it doesn't and at plugins the two plugins are not available. When I press start usually TL2 hangs. Managed once to start it on autoaim mode, when I tried it a second time it crashed. Tried TL2 on my laptop and it worked fine. p.s. of course I'm running TL2 as administrator
