Did you ever get a fix for it cause i am having the same problems now too.

I have uninstalled those and reinstalled them. I even went to mircosoft's webpage to download them. But when i run Demonbuddy dependency installer (the exe in the help folder) it always redownloads C++/can repair it or remove it every time.
