ok i extracted them into just one folder. the folder is currently in my downloads folder do i need to move it any where or leave it and just load it from the the file in the folder that says start here

i understand the plug in and routine side of it. do you have to move the profile file into a certain file as you do with plug ins and routines....? thanks for the help

i really need some help with setting up my running profiles. I have downloaded a act3 speed profile and it has more then one thing to load how do i go about setting it up to run these in a sequence? please help :D
