How come I keep getting authentication fail error. Keeps doing it. Was just working fine a minute ago. Demon Buddy then stops working after the failed log ins. Any help please?

So quick question, when a D3 acct gets banned, i know you need another D3 CD key but what if I already have D3 key, can I attach that key to the Demon Buddy sub I already paid for the whole year or do I have to get another Demon Buddy Key as well? Thanks
