I figured out my problem, make sure you're on the correct portion of Act 3. Not being on "Kill Azmodan" makes the "Use waypoint : 10" command freak out because the default act 3 mission only has 4 waypoints.

So, after attempting to troubleshoot this on my own, looking through logs for anything relevant, trying multiple profiles, etc, it still happens. No matter what Act 3 profile I use, I disconnect as soon as it clicks on the waypoint. This is consistent with every act 3 profile, but act 1/2/4s...
