unfortunately the difficulty ="inferno" so im not sure what is wrong. is there any other setting?

Tried to run a few premade profiles on demon buddy, unfortunately it only starts on normal difficulty even though the profiles were for inferno. Is there a setting I am missing? Or anyone had the same issue? Cheers Btw I checked my difficulty when picking the quest and its on inferno.
