I think there are several ways to use tempest rush. Farming Leoric's signet would be best for an infinite-tr-monk with tr always used (always held down). For inferno+, TR is usually just used to travel quickly out of combat and generally not infinitely sustainable.

I've infinite tempest rush and would also appreciate any feedback or discussion wrt botting w/ TR always held (combat, movement, gold, etc). Thanks!
