Everytime the bot use portal, and when he got to the town, I always got a message from the game: "you can't do that in this area". Does it cast 2 times the UseTownPortal skill? is there any way to prevent that? I use command line: <UseTownPortal questId="1" />

Answer: as I know, there isn't any lvl requirement for gems to put on stuff, only the stuff has requirement. so you can put on a highest gems in lvl 15 socket weapon, and the weapon is still lvl 15 req. (This might change in new patch-I don't know :( )
