Nope I disabled any and all things that might be considered anti-virus. Yes I am logged in as the administrator and I'm making sure I run both the initial start and second attempts as administrator. It's odd because I've never had this problem before on the exact same machine a few seasons...

Nope, no antivirus software at all. I download and install from the zip file. I'm going to try the installer and see if that makes any sort of difference. Edit: After trying the installer, I'm still getting the same error.

Every time I close out of demonbuddy, I needt to re-extract the program and start from scratch as I keep getting an error message stating the specified path does not exist. Is there a way to fix this? Here's a SS of the error message.
