They should be enabled by default. What profile are you trying to use?

You're on the right track : IsAchievementCompleted(X, Y) X = Achievement ID, Y = Index of sub objective. This can be a little tricky to figure out because I think it works like this: 1 2 3 4 5 6 If there are multiple sub objectives.

I slightly modified this to open Strange Bloated Stomach from skinning and Tiny Treasure Chest from the potions. I haven't tested it with the chests to see if it works but I'm assuming it will. It will open the stomach's though. Edit: Just remembered about Abyssal Clams, added those in too...
