Title says it all, i got lifetime back in 2016 when it cost 25 euros and today the bot says my key is expired, what to do ?

Somehow i can't reinstall the bot, i wanted to do a clean install with the updated version, and somehow when i download the installer, i try lauching it and nothing happens.. I'm sorry if it has been answered already, i tried looking out for something similar but didnt thing anything helping.
