Do bounties without turning in quest?

Few questions about bot
Hey i found out about buddybots and was thinking of 3 day trial. Is possible to complete all bounties without turning in quest at the end? also does get stuck alot when do bounties? i used some other bot and it was just horrible at trying to get unstuck.
