Reduced CPU Trick [Feature Request/Idea]

pingToServer always returning 100
According to the API it is supposed to return the latency to the server. It is always returning 100 (ms?) this is inaccurate and sometimes my network experiences high delays and some of my actions in my plugin are time sensitive, is this possible to fix or is there a work-a-round I should come... -
