the bot stashes all legendaries, and within 3 hours my stash is filled with unwanted items. Is there an item set or is it just a setting to fix this?

the bot seems to just use all of it's hatred and then just kite around until it has more hatred to use, but will not use it's basic attacks. Any answers out there? I'm fairly new to this.
