Is there a Trinity scoring cutoff that will keep the optimal legendary items and salvage the weaker ones?

So i'm fairly new to the combat routine editing and i've noticed a problem with the Fire Bird Wiz keeps staying in the middle of a group of mobs, is there a way to edit it so that it can Cast Blackhole > Hydra > Apoc then run away and keep distance for the effect of Zei's SOV?

Hey i was curious if its possible to bot a character from level 1-70, if there are any additional plugins to use, or a settings guide to do so it would be appreciated.
