Bot started causes low FPS on D3 window

Barbarian Casting Seismic Slam but not actually casting it
The barbarian is casting it on screen but nothing is actually happening to any monsters, nor is any fury being used. Is this normal and if so how to fix it? Its like the bot is trying to attack too quickly or something, it isnt every cast only perhaps every third or fourth. I thought lag but... -

Bot doesn't grab health globes even at significantly low health.
