Dear support, i have purchased this key which expired 3600days later. But now when i try to login it tell me expired? Is there any new revised rules for the keys? -

where to get the old DB version .360?
updated to the latest .362 and it keep crashing. checked my logs and my last working version is .360 any kind soul can let me know where to downgrade to version .360?
