Newest Trinity (1.9.5) is not using "Fire Blast" (the skill that's on 1 when in Archon form) when using the Archon Combustion Rune. It's spamming the normal attack, but isn't using the Fire Blast, which is kind of a huge dps loss.

Very often, the bot does not pick up gold which is lying around. When it kills elites, it does, when it collects the items they dropped, but if there's only gold and no items it just ignores it. Is there a way to make it pick up gold?
