According to the patch note after getting 5 NV stacks you get 50% chance of drops from:
Skeleton King
Spider Queen
Maghda
Zoltun Kulle
Ghom
Cydaea
Rakanoth
Izual
I guess some profile+plugin that would ressemble the KeyHunting would...
