Is the quality of the drops better on Mp0 - 1- 2 -3 etc?

Quick question about BAN
Dears, when Blizzard BAN they ban your account at Diablo 3 or Blizzard account? Because I use the same account to play diablo 3 (with bot) and WOW without bot. I am afraid of loosing my WOW access if get banned in diablo 3. Tks
