2 box, same IP, no RMAH ... is this safe ?

Buying another session
I'm planing to buy another lifetime session(2nd session). i've noticed that paying another 39euro would make to total paid 78Euro which is about the same as 3 lifetime sessions. Is there a upgrade plan available ? -
