I get this since yesterday. I did not use any other third party tool, except some sniping website (but it is not connected to my account or device). I did not use PF since the last update once. I got only one time a captcha back in Dec. In my opinion they are tracking it for a longer period...

For PTC Accounts I could have an idea. Maybe Device ID gets now relevant and you are automatically flagged if you are using more then one device (yeahm also legitemately). But like in my case google accounts are easy to detect, because the google accout itself states you that you are logging in...
