Another factor is that the crackers aren't going to lose access to all the files just because you make them subscriber-only. They will just resort to buying a single paid account, downloading everything, then posting it on their own site (which I believe a few already do).

Still, though, its not your fight to be worried about. The community still gets its use from your creations, which is exactly what you intended.

Same reason as I said above. If I'm a prospective buyer and I download the trial, I'm naturally going to peruse the forums and see what addons I can get. Some of the more avid trial users will want to try out different CC's, some questing profiles, maybe some lower level herb/mining profiles...

Just confirming what others have said here. You can add more sessions to the account via the shop. If you want to add a single lifetime session, you can probably do that as well but you'll have to have Bossland do it for you, since it isn't offered in the shop.
