Nope, you can use your sessions anywhere at any time, up to a max of the number of sessions you own. If you really want to, you can get a lifetime and share amongst 3 people to split the cost (I've seen it done).

If your account has more than 1 session, yes - you can both use it at once. If you only have 1 session, you can both use it but only one at a time.

1. It is online, yes. 2. HB will grind, quest, or pvp - depending on the setup and profile used. GB is mostly used for making money via gathering and can do mailing, guild vaulting, etc. 3. It is undetected, however you can still be banned by other methods (reporting, server-side flagging, gm...

You should have no issue adding an RAF sub to your existing account. As for: We usually only do upgrades within 30 days, so you're better off asking Bossland about this.
