Yes we're still in process of updating PF. If you're worried about your key expiring, you don't have to because the key only starts once you've used it. But in your case you've not.

What do you mean by stop bot cooldown. Stopping the bot is essentially like you just closing your app.
Additionally, we have have features put in place to automatically stop PF from running if you've exceeded a certain amount of catch or loots.
