    Are you using a hashing key or a pokefarmer specific license? Remember hash keys do not work with Pokefarmer and Pokefarmer keys do NOT work with other bots.

    Thank you for being understanding. It is tough because we want to give you all non stop updates the second we can, but yes, we do prefer to have something solid in mind, given some minor setbacks along the way, we want to be sure before we announce ETA's.

    Typically we update on Discord, and then try to post an update in here under the updates thread. I suggest joining our discord too.

    @apokefarmer typically in past we have refunded time back if its been more than 24 hours, after the bot is updated and working again. While its never a gaurentee, its something we have done each and every time so far, and I have been given no indication that we will not be at this time.

    typically if the bot is down due to an update, we tend to give time refunds after its updated as a act of kindness, however, if the bot is still up and running no time refunds are given.

    That usually sounds like it, check on the account every few days though, as some appear to be returned later.

    As i mentioned in other threads, at this time we are not ready to release an announcement on it. We are presently working on some things, and when we have a better idea of a timeframe, one of us (most likely Hatching) will post an official announcement about it.
