Have you downloaded the latest version? Is it specifically a battleeye message that pops up? When were you last able to use Unknownbuddy? Have you ensured that you waited the 2 minutes before starting steam or PUBG after launching Unknownbuddy?

Alright just to rule everything out, is there any other PC you can try it on just to test out? I have alerted the devs about your isolated issue and I believe they will follow up as well, but I just want to rule out that some hidden setting or program is causing this issue. I appreciate you...

@Tony I think he is referring to an update/changelong post. We have yet to officially keep a log that details changes so people know whats new. I will drop a message to some of the team about this.

The issue might be with the laptop, how much ram do you have vrs how much memmory is in use when running the game and Unknownbuddy? Also remember to keep steam and PUBG completely closed before starting Unknownbuddy, after its opened and you have waiting a min or two, THEN open steam/PUBG
