Ok, faction IDs are correct and so are the min/max target level requirements. I believe the problems mentioned are definitely CC or HB related. I lean towards HB for any looting issues.

This sounds more like a CC or HB issue as profiles tell it what it can attack and not how/why/when. Sounds perhaps like they might have a different faction ID so I will investigate that now. I have added a no-boat version which you can use if the boats become an ongoing problem, obviously it...

I am not 100% sure why it ignores certain mobs so I will test it at some point tomorrow and try get a fix for it. Meanwhile could someone confirm the mob name which it ignores for me please?

Well some of these mobs also have non-lootable minions but I believe your problem is caused by a looting bug in HB itself.

All the hotspots in the profile are localised to Bootybay and Stranglethorn Vale so I guess you either loaded the wrong profile or something.

On all 15 accounts used with HB/GB I have never had a ban or suspension, guess I just do things properly.
