i need a profile for HB wich does : quests where u want, not where the proflile takes u

hi guyz : the thing i would like to ask : is there a profile avaible wich takes the quests in the land u are ? not a profile who need to fly to ogr and quest there . need a profile that does : i fly or manuel quest in silverpine forest and so on, and if i turn it on, it quests on there...

was searching some site's for those problems, some gave me : registry nuke or some, to fix those probs, but still wont help a shit, i rlly need this done today .. :)
