I want to confirm you have done a clean install of Honorbuddy with a clean install of a CC directly from the CC's SVN and tested, too? The fact that it doesn't do it for everybody pretty much means it's not proven that it's an Honorbuddy issue. It COULD be, but there would be alot more...

I had the same issue you were in BG's and some heroics on my warrior. Changing CC's did it for me. There aren't many CC's for warriors, though. Not sure about Paladins. Singular worked amazing for me when I botted my pally from 30-73 using BG's.

With different installations of Honorbuddy for each?

Have you ever tried giving each class their own folder for Honorbuddy? You log would be alot cleaner then, regarding the CC's you have installed and various other things that don't pertain to the toon you are running there.

You're on a PvP server I'm assuming. I'm betting he realizes you're a bot and is farming you for free honor. Move to a different zone and farm or start hand farming and kill him back. He also might have reported you and is just killing you for personal satisfaction.
