It's pretty easy to setup bot buying specific item from Kadala (or more than one), but one thing is screwed - blood shards counter. Unless someone find how to access it, all "shards gamble" will be inaccurate, like "after 5 rift runs buy 10 items 5shards per". I can share inaccurate way, but...
