How do they know if your a bot or a noob, i could just be a noob = "bad stats", don't answer = "cant speak english". Or do they have another tool that they are using alongside the ingame report system?- tototo7569

Agree, you could also take a photo off yourself and remove the arms with photoshop or paint and send it to them. Surely they would understand and remove the ban for you, if you do decide to do this please be so kind and post the picture here as well- tototo7569
