The best run for DH
DH is a bad choice for botting. Especially with such stats. But if you insist, I recommend Fallen profiles for I act. II act is definitely not for DH. Also you may try III act by rrix. -

Demonbuddy for Demon Hunters
Had the same problem on my DH. Try to set "min-Distance before kite" to zero. That helped me.
