Well...lifetime has been defined as 3600 days from day of purchase. That's what I paid money for. Shutting it down after 1/10 of the runtime implies some form of refund to me, too.

I had exactly the same problem. When joining arena 3v3 you are not in a group. You can not choose class. You do not reset after win/loose. You can spawn pet though! You can participate in fight but it does not count for honor etc. Arena starts with huge delay (>3min) and when finished...

Just try to launch multiple times. Should work then. If not try VPN.
