dude, you're way off on the cost for 200 GF gear. You only need a 25% blue gf ammy, an emerald socketed helm and then 15% GF on your other 10 items. 15% GF gear does not cost 2M a slot. That doesn't even count templar or ferrets.

I was under the impression that virtual machines don't use your GPU. You have to rely completely on integrated graphics on your CPU. I may be wrong though and i'm too lazy to look it up.

You can always buy balanced DH gear and aim for 250 GF and 150 MF. Wasn't that expensive to upgrade my DHs that way a week ago.
